Warranty & Return Policy for Toner & Supplies
WARRANTY This product is warranted to be free from manufacturing and material defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. If, at any time, this product fails to perform according to the aforementioned, we will replace the item. This warranty coverage does not include freight related damages, improper installation, storage, or abuse of the products. Any cartridges that exhibit signs of use or are empty upon arrival will not be replaced.
PRODUCT RETURNS Prior to returning any merchandise (defective or otherwise), customers must contact Millennium Business Systems to obtain a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. All non-defective returns must be in resalable condition and in the original packaging. Please do not mark, write address or Return Authorization Number on the outside of the original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will apply for all non-defective returns. Non-defective returns are only accepted within 30 days of the original invoice date. Return Authorization Numbers are valid for 30 days from date of issue. All returns are subject to inspection by Millennium Business Systems on the resell condition, and credit will be issued after the product has been received and inspected. All return freight shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the error was due to Millennium Business Systems. Exchange shipping is free if the item was defective. Replacement product will be sent out the same day the Return Authorization Number is created, and a blind shipping label will be created to send the product back to us.
SHORTAGES & DAMAGED SHIPMENTS All shortages and damages from FedEx, UPS, or other freight carriers must be reported to Millennium Business Systems within 48 hours of delivery. All trucking company freight shortages or damages must be filed at the receiving site with the trucking carrier. If you receive product that has been damaged in transit, please refuse the delivery. If you notice a shortage or damage after the carrier has left your premise, you must file a claim with the carrier according to their policies.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RETURNS All defective returns must be pre-authorized by Millennium Business Systems and have a Return Authorization Number. Returns without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. Contact us to request a Return Authorization Number. Millennium Business Systems will credit or exchange the defective product after receipt and inspection of the merchandise. Return and exchange shipping is free for any defective cartridges. Replacement product will be sent out the same day the Return Authorization Number is created, and a blind shipping label will be created to send the product back to us.
